Shipping
We currently ship to most of Europe, The UK, The United States, Canada and Mexico.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, local postal service efficiency, and public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please track your package using the tracking number provided. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately – within 2 working days after receiving the package – at support@jnnskns.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will work to resolve the issue promptly. jenneskens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
jenneskens is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
