Rentals

We are excited to introduce our rental program: a new way to experience jenneskens 

We are taking the next step in our sustainability mission as we now offer the opportunity to experience our outdoor gear without committing to a full purchase upfront. 

We have made a curated selection of our products that have become available for rentals. If you decide to keep the item after the rental,  you get to keep it at no extra cost — like a “try before you buy” experience. 

Note: at the moment we are only able to offer rentals for customers based in Europe. For US and Canada rentals, a selection of jenneskens items can be rented at Hauteline.

How it works 

  1. Choose your rental: select any available item marked for rent in our shop. To see if a product is available for rent, just visit the product’s page and select your size. 
  2. Rental costs: the rental price is 25% of the retail price of a product. This fee includes cleaning and a free return. At checkout, you will pay the 25% rental fee plus a 50% refundable deposit. This means you initially pay 75% of the item’s price. We take the deposit in case the product goes missing or gets damaged.
  3. Flexible rental period: be sure to let us know the preferred start date in the comments section at checkout. If you want to rent the product longer than 8 days, with a maximum of 14 days, please also let us know in the comments. Rentals must be booked at least 5 days in advance.
  4. Return the product: On the 8th day after your rental start date, return the item using the provided pre-paid shipping label (included with your package). You won’t have to pay for return shipping.
  5. Deposit refund: Once we receive the product in good condition, your 50% deposit will be refunded within 5 business days. If you decide to keep the item,  you get to keep it at no extra cost — like a “try before you buy” experience. Just send us an email at support@jnnskns.com to let us know. 

Damage policy

We understand that rented items may see some wear during activities, but if an item is returned with significant damage that affects its resale value (such as tears, burns, or stains that cannot be removed), we reserve the right to retain the 50% deposit. Please handle the items with care so others can enjoy them too.

Returning the package

Returning the rental is simple:

  1. Repackage the item in its original packaging.
  2. Use the pre-paid shipping label provided with your rental package.
  3. Drop the package off at any shipping location indicated on the label.

If you have any additional questions about jenneskens rentals, please contact us at support@jnnskns.com. If there is any issue with your rental item, let us know within 2 days of receiving the package.
