At jenneskens we provide high-quality, durable products designed for performance. As part of our commitment to creating long-lasting clothing, we offer a comprehensive repair policy to ensure the longevity of our products.

Warranty Period

Our products come with a standard warranty period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.


The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Workmanship issues

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper care
  • Unauthorized alterations

Initiating a request

We are working really hard on setting up an automated system which enables us to easily take in repairs. We are also having conversations with repair centres all over the world to make sure we can do all repairs ourselves at some point.

At this time, you can request a repair by sending an email to We decide case by case whether we can repair item ourselves, or if we have you go to a local tailor and have us covering the cost. We prefer the second option, as this helps us in committing to using as many local resources as possible. It also contributes to limiting the travel distance of our clothing pieces, which helps in achieving our sustainability goals. 

Required documentation

When requesting a repair, please provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective area

Repair costs

  • Under Warranty: Repairs covered by the warranty are free of charge.
  • Out of Warranty: If the repair request is made after the warranty period or if the damage is not covered by the warranty, a repair fee will be charged. We will provide a cost estimate for your approval before proceeding.

    Exceptions and exclusions

    Our repair policy does not apply in the following situations:

    • Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or unauthorized alterations
    • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
    • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) that do not affect the functionality of the product
