We are dedicated to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you may return it in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Time frame: return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase: a receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    Return process

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Complete the return form: fill out the online return form here.
    2. Package the item: securely package the item, including all original packaging.
    3. Add label: we add pre-paid return labels to all orders. Please use the provided label for returning your items.
    4. Ship the item: send the package. Make sure to save the proof of shipping.

    Return shipping costs

    • Defective or incorrect items: if you are returning an item due to a defect or because you received the wrong item, Jenneskens will cover the cost of return shipping.
    • Other returns: for all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. As our distribution is located in The Netherlands, we work with the following return fees:
      • The Netherlands €7,50
      • Rest of Europe €15,00
      • Rest of world €25,00

    Please note that the return fee will be deducted from your refund. 


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. 

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please:

    1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
    2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
